sinister egr delete

Just got done with egr delete, thought some of you would be happy to know that the kit now has the block off plate with the bung for factory sensor. Other than breaking off one of the bolts on the pipe that connects to the manifold I had to get two radiator hose caps because the blue hose was not long enough without being kinked off

Must be a routing issue mine worked ok just had to tuck it behind the fan shroud alil the H&S kit just uses caps so im sure ull be fine just keep an eye on them cuz the caps stress crack under long term pressure and start to leak

Just run on over to your local parts house and grab 4 FT of 5/8th heater core bypass hose and two worm clamps if your dont trust the OEM spring clamps and your golden its kind of funny that SPE sells replacement caps for the delete when you could just sell some hose for twice what its worth plus shipping

Make sure to soak the two nuts on the exhaust manifold over a couple hours, I did it just 2 hours before and ended up twisting a bolt off, got lucky and was able to weld a nut on the remaining stud to get it out
