Bouncing when shifting with H&S mini maxx

I have a 2011 lariat with a 4inch BDS lift and a mini maxx tuner. My trucks seems to bounce a little while shifting from 3rd to 4th gear at daily driving speeds. It does not do it when I romp on it from a dead stop. It seems to shift fine except for the minor hopping feeling and I can't remember how it felt before the lift or the tuner. So I guess my question is, does anyone else experience this or should I remove the tuner and have it looked at? Any insight would help a lot. Thanks

Did you enable the H&S transmission tune or stick to the stock transmission tune?

I don't ever remember seeing an option for that.

I hear the H&S transmission tune is unsmooth and inconsistent, so maybe try reinstalling your Mini Maxx before getting your truck checked out. It will ask you in the beginning if you want to tune the transmission. Since you don't remember seeing that option, perhaps you used the stock transmission tune anyway. I assume you did the adaptive transmission relearn process?

It's on the stock transmission setting. I'm just curious if anyone else's with a lift does the same thing

Oh I see. Mine doesn't do what you described. I have a 6 inch lift though.

i have a 4inch on mine with an H&S and if I'm in street mode it will slam gears a little but I'm not sure about all that bouncing your talking about. Do you have traction bars on your truck

No I do not have traction bars. I don't know if bouncing is the right word to describe it. Maybe a little shake when shifting from 3rd gear. It shifts fine except for that
