Yep all the time sometimes when I'm idling my truck to warm up on a cold day it will be as high as 3

mine reads 0 boost at idle a lot of times

 

Also getting 1-3 boost at idle.

 

Another question, do they all start out with a rumble and then they whistle until the gas peddle is hit?

 

Yah you won't start hearing much whistle until the boost builds when you hit the throttle.

 

I also see 1-3 psi at idle with h&s spe tunes.
