H&S and boost

Anyone else see boost sitting at 1 PSI when idling after delete?

2014 Lariat F250 6.7L
4" 4-Link BDS with 35/12.50R20's on Dropstar 645mb.

Yep all the time sometimes when I'm idling my truck to warm up on a cold day it will be as high as 3

Another question, do they all start out with a rumble and then they whistle until the gas peddle is hit?

Yah you won't start hearing much whistle until the boost builds when you hit the throttle.

I also see 1-3 psi at idle with h&s spe tunes.
