MCC Unlock Software

Alright, so I received the MCC Unlock code from H&S in my email and I updated my tuner, but do I have to download the MCC software in order to receive custom tunes? I use Mac, which is the only reason I would want to skip this step. I get the feeling that this cannot be avoided. I unistalled my parallel Windows operating system recently, so I'm thinking I'll have to do download the MCC software on my friend's computer with Windows. This sound about right?

No, you don't need it to load other peoples tunes. You only need it to make your own.

Go into your h&s and act like you're going to load a tune. Then hit import/export and then export your stock h&s engine and transmission tunes to the card. Then save them on your computer somewhere because gear head is going to want you to email them to them. They'll be in the custom folder on the card when you look on the computer.

i bought my mini from a dodge owner and i think the dodge files may still be on my card.
there are two files on my microsd and a bunch of other files that i can't open on my mac, i think they may be from the dodge. the two files are FORD67 and SPE tunes. i had dv8 motorsports install my spe tunes, because i thought you couldn't do it from a mac, so this is my first time messing with the mcc.
