Next Step After Tuning/Deletes

Ok so now that my deletes are done I am faced with that "Whats next" question. Enough is never enough, all it could cost me is money and possibly a divorce HaHa.

It seems like a duel fueling set-up is the jump off point from here on out. It sure would be nice if someone offered Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 type horespower packages.

Can you run the duel fueling kit with stock Turbo and injectors?

Guess If I was wanting to really add additional power. I'd seriously consider new rods. I think that would be the first thing to fail with a significant upgrade to HP and torque. Once you have the rods taken care of....then you can address the rest.

I have heard some chatter about the rods. Probably something to look into, like head studs on a 6.0

Even with a hot tune and otherwise stock engine...guys have bent rods...guess it's been linked to the really high torque at low rpm's. Guess for peace of mind....if it were my money...a set of Carillo's would go in before a turbo swap, big fuel and/or Nos.

Put the rods in when you break the truck. Throw some more fuel and air (turbo) at that ***** and post vids

Fass platinum lift pump then the duel fuel kit. You can run the duel fuelers without any other major mods, all they do is increase fuel flow for future mods. Awesome part about the fass is better filtering/water separation. That is never a bad thing!

I'd say through a nicer turbo on and see how you like that. After that then go duel fuel, but tune it rite. A lot of guys are happy with that setup, yes there is bent rods out there but we all know if you tune it rite it can live. My question is do you have a hp goal?

H&s dual fuel and a MPD turbo kit. That will be the setup I'll run if my turbo ever goes.

Good idea, i havent thought about the Fass system. With more fuel available maybe she can be retuned for more power... Or are we at the limit of the stock charger and injectors? I have always heard it was a fueling limit.
