What ATF do you recommand?

Soon I'm going to replace my trans pan with the Mag-HYTEC trans pan. What is the BEST AFT to use?

Isn't Ford spec'ing Mercon LV? If so, I don't think there is an aftermarket equivalent.

Amsoil makes a Mercon LV fluid now. Full synthetic.

That's on my wish list too...if ur so inclined a write up with pics and specs would be nice.
