Fuel Pump Whine after H&S Install?

I finally did my DPF delete tonight on my 2013 F250 and when I finished, I went for my shakedown run. After doing my 3 transmission relearn passes I noticed a slight whine. I drove back to my house and it never really went away. I tried turning off the heat to see if it had to do with the AC and nothing changed. After getting back, I turned off and restarted the truck. The whine is definitely more noticeable in the garage idling. So then I turn the truck off and just turn the key to run and don't start it and the whine is very pronounced and coming from directly under the center of the hood? Sounds like a noisy fuel pump to me. Could this have to do with the delete? I have a 200 mile drive tomorrow and hope I don't get left stranded on the side of the road. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your tank low on fuel? I've read about some whine when the tank level is low.

Sorry I haven't responded. The forum is acting up for me. The next morning I didn't have a whine at all and I have since driven almost 300 miles with no issue whatsoever. My fuel tank was completely full. I think it had something to do with the wastegate. It started when I did the full throttle pass to relearn the transmission. Regardless, it hasn't done it since.

Glad it turned out to be no problem at all.
