SPE has pretty awesome customer service.....

My truck has been having an issue with code P007E ( I think it diesel kleens fault ) ive been code free for 5k with SPE Hot X then all of sudden it popped up. So I tried updating my programmer and it didn't work code came back 600 miles later.

So I called powerlabs 4-5 times left a message and they never called back on the 6th try they finally sold me a tune, cuz they are the only ones that claim they have 13-14 specific tuning. ( Brennon at H&S said 13-14s are more sensitive , go figure ). And like clockwork 600 miles later the light came back on .

So I said screw it ill call Amy and see what they can do to combat the code she said " No problem, Dan will fix it and ill email you another tune soon ". I was like wow that was easy. Ten mins later she called me back and said which truck of yours is this for ?? Even I forgot that I had purchased a 2nd tune for a buddy from them . And 10 mins after that my phone went off with an email from them saying they revised my tune to completely get that code out of the DTC library That's pretty damn good these days if you ask me.

MPD comes in a very close second with customer service , just had to throw that one in haha Diesel shops that will take the time to talk to you and answer questions no matter what state you live in floats my boat .

FYI different tunes delete different sensors even if you do/don't "delete" them from your truck.

I'm down to try any tune if you know someone who custom makes a tune that will work with an XRT , H&S told me mini maxxx files and XRT files are different ? All I want is reliability, and good towing and NO CEL . I could care less about MPGs with 35s and towing everyday I fill up almost everyday. I'm even down to try SCT if its reliable.
