Is my Mini Maxx a paper weight?...

Hey guys I recently traded my deleted 6.4 for a stock 6.7. My question is I had to leave my mini maxx vin locked to my 6.4 which is long gone now. Bad part is h&s apparantly stopped unlocking them at the first of the year but said they would unlock it to be a street tuner(h*ll no). Is there any way around this??

Just have H&S unlock it and then buy an MCC unlock and then you can do whatever you want , both my truck and my previous had "H&S street tuners" but alil custom SPE or Powerlabs tune you can go aloooong way
