dealer openion

Took my 2012 f350 dually thats been tuned and deleted with 5" exhaust to dealer today. The dealer said they would not void my warranty because if they did they probably would not get any more business from me. By not voiding it they can do warranty work as needed. They did reprogram my ecu to stock. Was not aware they were going to do that. Does not run worth a sh-t now. They did tell me if I bring it back for engine or transmission warranty work I need to remove all add on. What do you think about that?

When you say they reprogrammed your ecu to stock you mean that they used your tuner and returned the tuning to stock or they used the Ford computer and flashed your truck ecu. If they did the later then they overwrote your aftermarket tuning. What programmer are you running

I am using H & S Off road Mini Max tuner. I could tell the difference in like of power right away.

I believe they mentioned using Fords computer to install stock setting back in the ecu. They have to record every vehicle in the computer and they did not want my truck to show the H & S tune.
