H&S update problems

I have an new unused race tuner that I am trying to update before installing. When I try to do the update it gets about 50% done then gives me the message "no space left on device while downloading ford 13/ec20bd0.mm". Any suggestions?

Thanks

first of all, use the manual updater

second of all, delete the FORD6.4 folder to make some more room on the SD card

I figured the new tuners would come with the latest soft ware. Am I wrong?

They haven't made race tuners since Nov of 2012.

Also, the SD cards from that era were junk. You might be dealing with an SD card issue

There are still race tuners being sold... they were all manufactured before Dec 2012

There are also street tuners being sold that are delete capable. They are not "race" tuners.

I deleted the 6.4 folder and manually updated all is good. I have had it sitting in the shop for 6 months so it did need an update. Thanks DOD.
