Exhaust Question

I am considering a delete and tuner on my 2012 F-250 (6 inch fabtech lift, 20x12's and 35x12.5x20 Toyo's) mainly to gain MPG's but I am not sure about the exhaust. I hate the stock exhaust tip, but don't want to go to a loud exhaust.
Should I keep the stock exhaust and just do a delete pipe and change the tip or do a full 4 or 5 inch system? Is I should do a full system, what is recommended?

Just buy a full 4" with a muffler if you don't want it too loud. The 5" are louder I know comparing straight pipe to straight pipe but with a muffler I think they should be about the same.
