minimax injector timming

There is an option for changing the injector timming on the minimax, does anyone know the pros or cons of increasing or decreasing the timming, I have left it in the recomended location I just want to learn a bit more about it.

For the 6.7? I don't remember seeing any injector timing for the 6.7 powerstroke. Just LBF and Speed limiter where the only two I remember. The 6.7 Cummins I know has it.

The 6.7 has the option to change injector timming, you can advance or retard, I just don't know what effect advancing the timming does?

X2

In regular installation no choice for changing injection timing. Only in MCC can you adjust timing
