I have one I used on my 2012 cummins. The market seems to show them getting about $1500 for it and the delete pipe. If you can get it for $500, jump on that immediately. You could always resell it for atleast twice what your paying. Do not update it either if it has the delete program already.

updating a tuner does not change it's delete status... this has been covered countless times

Make sure the part number starts with 109. If it does its the delete capable. You will still have to buy the delete pipe and egr delete kit or just unplug the egr. The instructions will tell you what to do if you go that route.

$500 is a good deal though.

Call H&S and they will get it taken care for you. They will give you an RMA # and you send it in. I had the same problem and they sent me a brand new one within a week of me sending mine in. Also, always update your tuner before you install it to your truck. And $600 in an H&S is a hell of a deal. You could always show her what you would have had to spend on a new one if you didn't get that one.

what really sucks is i had a chance to buy a h&s mini maxx brand new in box for 375 and i did not jump on it back in may.. only bc i had not planned on tuning my truck, also a ridgid led light bar 52" for 300 brand new in box i did not jump on it. i am such an idiot for not buying them.
