With all diesels the higher the tune and less pressure on the skinny petal, the better your mileage.

I have run it on all the different power levels, with the cruise control set at 60mph and dont really see a difference in fuel consumption, I was hopeing to see atleast a 1 or 2 mpg increase, I put a full exhaust on as well,

You really have to hand calculate and watch the gallons you put in it.that said a egr delete and intake won't hurt. But give it a few full tanks.

I never did believe the fuel computer's so I do hand calcualte, I fill it up every tank and reset the trip meter, and so far it has been within 1 gallon of what the trip says I used, what does the egr delete do? it is un plugged so it is not working? I am new to these egr's, my 7.3 didnt have any emisions

I didn't notice any increase in mpg, but I did notice that by not having any regens that my mpg doesn't ruin the good my mileage the truck was already getting. Supposedly the exhaust fluid helped fuel mileage, and by deleting the def, that system is no longer there to enhance mileage.
