Confederate Diesel Resolution

Ok Justin of Confederate Diesel, Battlefield Automotive, whoever you are today... lets get this figured out. If you were truly about 100% customer satisfaction, would you let this drag on for so long? I have asked before and I'll ask again. I ask that you take my turbo kit back for a refund of $6500, the original quoted price before you twisted the numbers around.

I will not accept you to "fix" my turbo kit as it has failed by more than just cracks. The passenger side billow is not properly contained so it will immediately blow out again. The air intake pipe is constructed with 4" exhaust piping. The intercooler piping goes from (estimation) 2 1/2" to 3" to 4" back down to 3"... there is no proper flow dynamics in this. Intake pipes are mad of light gauge aluminum un able to handle any stress whatsoever.Exhaust manifolds will not seal against head due to warpage. Turbo pedestal is a complete fail. ETC, ETC, ETC

I will return the turbo system as a complete kit including the turbo and air to water due to the fact that it is a "kit". you sold it to me all together and I'm going to return it in the same fashion.

Thanks for your time and look forward to coming to a resolution.

Dan

Why was yours so expensive? Was it just the different intercooler?

Oh, and why not just call them? What's with all this 'days of our lives' public drama garbage? I agree you definitely need a refund of some kind though.

Seems like your private messages are disabled so I have to ask you here. That picture of your head with all the little dimples in it, did that occur after CD was done? Did it take out the engine? I'd like to know more details on that if you could please.

I have a feeling Dan wants everything to be crystal clear and open for everyone to see should a resolution of some sort be reached. With all aspects of the "refund" open for everyone to see, there can be no misinformation later claiming 'he said this and I said this'. We have seen that happen quite often previously.
