2013 turbo failure?

So I just got my new 250, I love the truck so far, I ordered the h&s mini race tuner and exhaust, is it a given that I will blow the turbo out with the mod's? I thought the 2013 had a revised turbo, I am starting to rethink the tuner and just leaving it stock, does anyone have this setup with good success? and not blown there turbo?

After everyone revised their defuel parameters, people with the "hyper balanced turbos" are having failures few and far between.

If you are hitting 30+ psi often, it is only a matter of time before you go boom. Keep your defuel Settings moderate (24psi, 1350 EGT, ect....) and you should be fine.

Mine is running great. But only 21kmi, 15k deleted so I'm not one of the high mileage runners. H&S stock tune.
Born on date of Feb '12, just made the cutoff for job2.
Performance mode: Just under 500hp/1000tq, 15/16mpg around town, 17/18mpg at 80mph.
Not a grandpa, but I don't beat on it either.

Accidentally sent that before I was finished typing. Was wondering if mine would be a job 2 as I have a mini and egr delete sitting in the shop but I'm worried about the turbo.

I think mid January was when they had the changeover.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just update the MM to the latest tune, it's easier on the turbo.

2013 deleted at 3,000 currently at 15,000 with mini maxx street with delete files. turbo with ALL OUT tune from SPE (tune overrides the turbo saver parameters from H&S) havent seen over 26 psi. NO ISSUES.

I have a 2011 Job 1 with an August 2010 build date. I've got 70,000 miles on it and 65,000 of them have been run with a Mini and full deletes. I have had zero turbo issues, knock on wood, but I'm also very careful. I left my de fuels set where H&S suggested and tried to keep my boost under 30psi at all times.
