Back to Stock Question

I'm currently putting the truck back to stock. Is there any time/distance delay for the ECU to fully reset back to stock parameters? I know when clearing codes on some vehicles, it won't pass the "readiness" when scanned until the vehicle is driven a certain number of miles or key on cycles. Is this the case with the 6.7 powerstrokes? If so, how long does the truck need to be driven for the readiness to pass? H&S won't tell me so hopefully someone here can help. Thanks.

Was it right away? Or did you have to do a drive cycle?

I'm not sure. I have a couple EGR codes I need to figure out. Putting it back to stock is more of a pain in the *** than tuning and deleting!!

I'm getting a couple codes I can't seem to figure out.

P0546 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit High
P0490 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control Circuit High

Also, I notice there is significant turbo flutter when I shut off the truck at idle. I don't remember it ever doing this in the past. I am worried about damaging another turbo.

All I did was put the DPF & EGR pipe back on, and reflashed back to stock on the MiniMax. I triple checked all of the connections on the EGT probes on the DPF and didn't find any loose.

Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

You will need to drive it in order to get everything ready. I had to go almost 100 miles or so for everything to be ready for an emissions test.
