Leveling with Camper Package

I could use a little help from some of you who know the details of these trucks a little more in depth than I do. I have a 2012 F350 CC DRW w/ FX4 and Camper Pkg. I am about saved up to put some wheels and tires on the truck and only want to go with an actual full 2" lift, not level. I can't go higher because of the 5th wheel I will be towing with it. First question is simple, what Rancho shocks are included in the FX4 Pkg (9000's, 5000's)? And, if I lift it only 2" will I have to get longer shocks, or should they have enough play left in them to extend out and compensate for the added 2 inches? Secondly, the Camper Pkg says it comes with heavier duty springs, which apparently is what leveled my truck from the factory. My truck, like many of yours probably is, is already pretty level from the factory. So, all these "level" kits that offer front lift leveling ONLY, by using replacement springs are probably based off of a truck that came from the factory with the shorter "non-camper pkg" springs, right? So I am assuming that if I got a front end only leveling kit that uses springs, it actually won't change the height at all, correct? Lastly, if the truck is already 2 inches higher from the factory springs leveling it, and I add 2 more inches, do you think I would need a radius drop arm bracket? I am just going to lift the back with a block that is 2 inches higher. Thanks for any input, I did find some similar threads but not really directed at this specifically.
