I have. Pretty easy install with the quick connects. Only issue I had was using the recommended fuse tab it threw all kinds of fault codes. Tried to find a wire that got hot on remote start and could not find one. So I wired it to AUX switch. Lost remote start feature however the truck will start just the AD not run and I can't imagine that is healthy on the factory FP. Other than that pretty easy. Much easier than all the dodges I have installed on.

Why don't you tap the same fuse that the Minimax does?

I'm surprised it's not operating thru a relay already, but for sure a high amp draw like that motor should not pull directly off the fuse block.

I would install a rated amp relay and trigger it by an Ignition Hot source.

The AD is one of my next Purchases

Looking at one of these and the AD.

Would this be overkill? I can not find anything how good the AD is at getting the water out. Thoughts?

This may be a dumb question but can't you tap into same power source as the factory fuel/water seperator?
