Question for blown turbo

For the people that have had blown turbos what kind of signs did you notice? I just got my truck back after having a sound system installed and after a few days my turbo is making new noises. Upon acceleration I can hear the turbo under the hood much more, and sounds like an aftermarket setup now from in the cab. This is noticeable sound too, considering I have dual 8" stacks with 5" straight threw no muffler exhaust. Any tips and insight would be great.

Check your intake and intercooler piping just be sure they didnt loosen anything under the hood when running wires or even if something came loose or the crappy plastic intercooler pipe is starting to leak or something.
