Erratic Ticking

Help.... I have a erratic coming from my engine. Does not happen at warm up just happens after it gets hot. It is becoming more and more frequent. I have a video I will upload as soon as I figure out how to do it from iPhone.

I did just have an oil change. This seems to be so erratic and high pitched.... I have heard of the oil change tick, however this one seems different. Probably due to the fact that it is now happening to me. Is there a fix? Is this the oil change tick? I tried the link and it worked. Please advise. This is the 4th or 5th oil change and it has never happened before.

Thanks,

Here is the link. Please let me know if this link works. http://youtu.be/v_leTTbFTGk

Link works And this happens every time you change your oil. It will go away after about 500 miles.

Something has to be causing it. Sounds like I need to dump some Lucas oil stab like in my old Chevy with 1,350,799 miles on it

I wouldnt really do that. are you running the 10w30 or the other more common diesel oil? and when i was researching the tick I read that all powerstrokes make the same noise. the new 6.7 is just so quiet that you just cant hear it on other models. i dont really believe it but just telling you wht I read
