Need help with OEM Exhaust

Hey guys, So Im torn here. I have my stock exhaust that has sat in the garage for a year and dont even need it. I have a guy that will pay me top dollar for it. Is it worth selling it? Any opinions gladly appreciated. Guy will scrap my exhaust so I can ship it to him chopped up into pieces.
Is it worth saving it?
Ill net about 400 bucks once its shipped

its the catalyst and particle filter

I am going to keep mine. If I never need it by the time I get a new truck I will sell it then and spend that money on the new truck.
