Thumbs down Boost / wierd idle

When I come to a stop for some reason my truck wants to go in and out of a high / normal idle.... Kinda wierd. My boost spikes really quickly also.

Do you have a torq 2 on? My truck did that and it was because the plug for pressure rail was loose.
