Unplugged EGR

Ok, so I just unplugged the two orange plugs on my EGR system, will that be alright til I get my bypass put on? I've been running it hooked up for about 2k miles tuned and deleted, didn't know I was suppose to unplug it (I have an old H&S manual).
So, I have a Sinister block off kit to go on now, but just want to make sure unplugging it will suffice til I get the block off plates on? Thanks!

Yes, unplugging is fine. You don't have to run block off plates, just most do so they have a place for a probe.
