Cool H&S mini information

So i just bought a used 2011 f250 single cab long bed 2wd with 14k miles on it. I have purchased an H&S mini w/ pyro kit. I wanna make this truck a sleeper. Im just really afraid this tunner is gonna mess this truck up. I know it kills the warranty i'm not worried about that. I just dont want to deal with having to fix things if this tunner decides to kill my truck lol. Also i would love some suggestions as to what i should also do lift it or lvl it and make it a street truck. some more information about mini maxx would be great though! thanks guys!

You put a tuner on it, its dealer discretion on the warranty.

shouldnt need the pyro kit, just need egr block off plates (bung in manifold plate) and a factory sensor out of the exhaust. you will be able to read egts from factory source on your mini maxx then. and most of the turbo problems come from the cab chassis models which have a different turbo. i tow a 15k trailer with my truck on "hot" and have yet to have any problems, but i also drive smart. usually keep engine load under 75% while towing. So id say show those little cars whose boss!!

If something major goes wrong...they are going to look for modifications and read the pcm and check.

It's nature of the beast, went through the same deal with wife's Coyote when Ford had to replace engine at 10k miles.

I was running H&S Mini Maxx when I blew a turbo. Dealer didnt cover it under warranty. Didnt have EGR delete though. I will probably do that soon. Just be smart about your driving. I never had it above stock tune when I pulled a trailer.

That's interesting. What year is yours and how many miles on it??? When did it go? ( while towing or daily driving?)
