High egt's

2012 ccsb 4x4 3.31s, h&s tuner on performance, mbrp dpf delete and egr delete. The truck will hit defuel (1450) by the top of 2nd or bottom 3rd if I'm lucky. How is anyone making a full 1/4mile pull at this rate?

Full egr removal including pipes. Egt probe is right off the manifold now

Are you useing h&s pyro or off old exhaust. 2 settings on mini and 2 pyro spots on mini. I would check those first and also possible bad sensor. My guess still a newb.

What pyro are you using on your manifold? I use the stock on so my pyro on the mini is set to pyro one, if you have the h&s pyro it is pyro 2 setting. Need more info on this

H&s adapter plate with a relocated stock pyro. and the mini is on pyro 1. pyro 2 gives erroneous readings like 2500 at idle. My cruise egts are 5-600.

Ok, I have never defueled my egt setting but I havent made a 1\4 mile run. I know I had mine on performance setting getting onto the interstate punched it hit 1250 on my egt thats going from 1st to 5th. So cruising speed thats what mine reads. So I dont think there is anything wrong w the pyro. I dunno all sounds norm to me, but hitting that at 2nd I dunno.

You figure anything out with your truck? I can run wot all the way to 100 mph and not break 1350 degrees. Wonder if something is up with tuning or for some reason you have serious air flow restrictions
