I will start out by saying I have ZERO experience with Confederate diesel, but from what I have read on here I would wait for a more reputable and well known company to release a turbo solution for the scorpion. For example, H&S, Fleece, Elite etc. Not to mention $8k seems a little steep. Just my opinion.

Unless you like horrible craftsmanship on your truck.. This is what the kit really looks like.

Just ask unlimited diesel how they feel about your kit. They have a truck you worked on in their shop right now with a jacked up turbo and some motor problems. Or ask SPE about how you called them pretending to be a customer asking about what turbos they are using.

Actually we called Dan for pushrods or some other engine part I believe.
I think Amy has the conversation recorded so it should be on record.
The truck in question is -20 on #8 contribution.
This means the computer is pulling fuel from the cylinder because the injector is overfueling.
In a mechanical compression loss the computer would have to add fuel to the cylinder to make up for less power output.
An overfueled injector could load the up-pipe with raw fuel and combust, surging turbo and breaking shaft.
Unlimited is a very knowledgeable shop, and being very thorough. They have our confidence.
They have all brand new parts and we hope they post a full review once they are finished.
