Tuned and updating fuel tank size

I'm having the Titan replacement tank installed then going to have the dealer update the tank size. I'm tuned and deleted w the mini max (dealer knows and is ok). My question is does the tank size update interfere w the tuning in any way (ie do I have to return to stock before they to do this)?

No, changing he tank size parameter does not require a re-program. It takes longer to hook up the IDS then it does to change the setting.

So your dealer can update your fuel tank size? How much are they charging you?

Just called the dealer. They made it sound easy but quoted me $129. I wonder if H&S has any way to adjust this. It can't be more complicated than speedo correction.

The dealer is charging me $150. The guy at the dealer is a friend of the shop that is installing the tank, so they are taking it to the dealer for the update.
