H&S tranny tune

Ok after a few weeks of H&S deleted I decided to make the jump to the tranny tune. I keep the truck on no power ( really did the delete just to clean the truck up) I hated the lag time when it shifted. So I installed the tranny tune and 3,4,5,6 all shift like a dream. However 1 to 2 is a little harsh. Is anyone else feeling this?

what tune are you running.

I was on .21 and 2-3 was harsh, upgraded to .28 and it's much better.

Still a little abrupt when it's cold, but once it warms up it's perfect.
