Finally!!

After sitting on all the parts for about 2 months I finally deleted. Now a few questions.....What setting should I run for best mpgs? And what should I set all my defuel settings at?

Did mine 1,000 miles ago and mileage is 20.1 on freeway on Tow. Been running between Tow and Street with no dsifference, other then spool up on turbo. Only used Performance once as Turbo spooled to 35PSI, and did not want to blow up. Love the H&S tuner, made a whole new truck out of the 6.7.

Speeds vary between 70 and 75, do not have my foot in it. Defuels are your choice. I did not delete the EGR so EGTs unavailable. Personally have boost at 30psi, transmission fluid, oil temp. and cooling temps. at 220. There are other gauges you can select, and once again it is what you are comfortable with. My main reason for mini and delete was diesel in oil at changes; running 3% per Blackstone. Also the engine can breath and will give me a lot more life. That being said I do go to Street on occassion and have some fun with it, just watch the boost.

I have been running mine on tow or street. I have my EGT set to defuel at 1400 and my boost at 32.

Hope that helps.

This is what was posted from H&S on the forum

We highly recommend that you set all of the defuel levels. Listed below are our recommendations for the 6.7 Powerstroke.

Pyro (Pre-Turbo) - 1450 Degrees
Boost - 32 PSI **
Hot Coolant - 220 Degrees
Cold Coolant - 160 Degrees **
Trans - 220 Degrees

** These two are often overlooked, but we cannot stress enough their importance!

Thanks! I set my pyro at 1250 but will probably bump that up. Anything about oil temp?

1450, 33, 220,220,160. with the 3.31s i was seeing 32 at every tip in and thus hitting defuel. I bumped it to 33 and have hit it very very few times. i also bumped the egts up because this gearing really racks up the egts rather quickly. im pretty sure i wouldn't make it a 1/4mile WOT before it would be defueling.
