Water/Meth kit...anyone converted the def tank?

Going to be putting a water/meth kit on my friends 2011 on tuesday next week. I have seen that a couple guys have converted their def tank to hold the water/meth mixture. Just looking for a little advice on how to go about doing that as my friend would rather not have a big tank in the bed of his truck if we can get by with one that is already on there. Thanks!!
