S&B or AFE Intake?
Just installe s&b on mine today. Noticed slightly louder exhaust and little better throttle response. I put the cover on mine but I see a lot of guys run it w/o. Didn't drive a lot and now its snowing so too early for good evaluation. Can't see how it's a waste of money. Even if its only a minimal upgrade from stock it's still an upgrade.

S&B or AFE Intake?
Honestly if I knew about modding the stock airbox I would've done that with a drop in filter. When I ordered my afe stage 2 (which I like) I took the top cover off my stock box and man you can really hear that turbo workin and it was great until my afe came in and I for that on!
