Stock DPF EGT Sensor work w/ Sinister Diesel EGR Delete????

Is a Sinister Diesel EGR Delete kit Compatible with a stock EGT/Temp Probe from the DPF?

Or do I need to purchase a Universal Pyrometer to read EGT's?

I am hearing mixed answers on this topic

Hope this helps.

When you purchase (or use to purchase) H&S Mini Max and EGR Delete Plate you used one of the 4 stock pyrometers for getting a pre turbo EGT reading.

I don't know about Sinisters Plate, whether it is drilled and tapped or not. But if using H&S tuner, you can/could.

I finally figured it out. Took awhile...

H&S EGR Delete Kit: Includes the EGT Kit Plate that's compatible with DPF Probe's

Sinister Diesel Kit: Require's the H&S EGT Kit Plate to read EGT's.

I ordered a H&S Kit. Trust me I wanted those cool looking billet blue sinister block off plates but finding an H&S EGT kit is IMPOSSIBLE at the moment.

Just a heads up, if you just ordered H&S. It is highly likely your order will be cancelled. I have heard from multiple people (on here, and at work) about retailers cancelling order on them for H&S products...
