Mini Maxx issues

Going to be giving H&S a call tomorrow but figured id pick some peoples brains on here. My buddy bought a DPF delete and mini maxx. The programmer wouldnt download the program it would just restart when you selected it, also if you went to diagnostics it would restart. Took the SD card out and updated the firmware, put it back in and now it says "Unrecognized Part Number CC20AME.MM" also note that when I go to change vehicle it says no SD card installed.

Anyone ran into anything like this? Figure the SD card is bad but idk

The unrecognized part number error is a pain. Only H&S tech support can help at this point...going through the same thing right now.

Sucks, I put the black maxx on dads 6.4 and it was cake. 0 issues but this one seems like one thing after another

I had problems with the first minimax, button didn't work. Second one was corrupted by a KEM tune install, they blamed on a bad card reader.
Third one works great.

They were very good about replacing them. Call H&S, they'll hook you up.

Well I called and gonna try reformatting the card if that dosnt work I'm going to swap it out for a new one and if that dosnt work I'm going to have my buddy just send it back for a replacement

well old sd card was fried, put a new 2gb card in it and formatted it just like they said same trouble with anytime you select anything the programmer reboots. H&S is sending out a new one. Figure something hardware related in the programmer that has to do with reading the SD card is messed up
