are they voiding warrentys for tuning? i've heard so many different things about what does and doest void it. what about lifts?

Does anyone know of anybody that has messed with the mcc tuning and made a tune that is getting great mpgs?

I haven't seen hardly anyone playing with the MCC software. Most people are running the out of the box tunes that come with it. If you delete everything it should pickup from 2-3mpg from what I've read on the forums. Outside of that I wouldn't expect to see much improvement past that possible.

If you turn down the boost it's going to have to work harder to pull that heavy truck along so that probably wouldn't net any mpg gains like it would on a turbo car with the boost turned down to wastegate pressure or something similar.

This guy is saying he played with his tuning with the mcc and was getting great results. Second to last post on page.
