Whats next?

Hey everyone I have just a couple questions on what is my next step with my 6.7 if any. I currently am running a H&S Mini Maxx Tuner with an age stage 2 intake with dry filter and pre filter, Mbrp 4 inch down-pipe back dpf delete with a Magnaflow muffler running into a stainless steel Magnaflow 5 inch over axle exhaust with a 6 inch tip. I have the sinister diesel egr delete but after reading directions I am a little worried about doing it my self. I currently am just running with the egr unplugged. Is the delete something that I should take to a professional or something I can do in my driveway. Just nervous about draining the coolant is all. I am new to engine work I have done intakes and exhaust and oil changes but thats about all the experience I have with engines I am a quick learner and good with tools I just don't want to mess up something. I am also running a FASS Titanium lift pump and filter. I was also wondering after the egr what is my next step on the motor. This is my daily driver so reliability is key and what it sounds like is my next step would be new rods, which if it is I would have to wait quite a while to do that! I was just making sure I didn't miss anything! Thanks Everyone For the Help and Advice MUCH APPRECIATED!
