mbrp vs afe

Hey guys im interested in quieting my 6.7 down. what muffler would be quieter or would they be the same??? this would be for a 4 inch straight pipe. thanks

i believe both are flow through style mufflers that wont do a whole lot. they will quiet it down a little which might work for you i would try to find a compare video from straight to muffler and see if thats enough for you. if not there are other muffler choices i beleive. i will let you know if i can find any videos

I own a 6.4L, but I cut in an MBRP 24" dual outlet muffler. I think the actual muffler itself is about 18" long.
It cut out 100% of the vacuum sound, and about 75% of the noise.
Here's a vid of the muffler sound.
Definitely a huge improvement in sound,

I've got the aFe 5" w/ muffler. Sounds about right to me, no highway drone. As an added benifit, I got a lot more room around the piggyback shock
