Do not tell the mini maxx you have deleted the DPF, unless you have.

IDK if that was your question. I don't really understand what your asking.

I ran the DPF on tunes for a while. My mini maxx is sitting here on my desk waiting for my exhaust to come, if that helps at all. You will see more power though with the on tunes just not much.

No I know I can't run the dpf off tunes with the dpf present. Sorry I was in a hurry when I typed the original message. I was wondering what everyone thought of h&s's dpf present tuning. Or if I should wait until I get the rest of the parts to fully delete and tune.

Ynot would you suggest installing it or no? Also what mout did you go with? I'm trying to decide between the pod mount and the blend mount above my rear view.
Thanks,
Brad

Blend mount all the way. I had an edge on my f-150 and it was where the pod mount goes on these trucks. I like the blend mount above the mirror way more. I don't want other people to see it and it makes it easier to see the mirrors at night w/o the glow of the tuner there.
If you are just waiting on parts it won't hurt anything to instal the minimax and run the dpf On tunes while you wait. You will get a little bit more power and better shifting then when you get the parts just instal the dpf off tunes

I installed my Minimaxx and have been running dpf present tunes for the past 2 weeks while I wait for my exhaust to come in. I definitely enjoy the added power. Not much, but more. Exhaust should be in tomorrow, excited to see how it runs after the delete.
