I'm glad that every one is happy with the mpg with the tuner. I personally have only seen about a 1 mpg increase. Hand calculated.

I have found the in dash to be off any where between 1 gal all the way to over 2 gal off per fill on a 20-22 gal fill. It seams to be less accurate on my truck the hotter I set the tuner. So the preseption is that I picked up big time mpg (according to the dash), but reality states otherwise.

Do y'all think the 5" exhaust is helping with the mpg? I was gonna go 4" but considering 5".

I just made a trip from northeast PA to North Carolina and got 17mpg down and 18mpg coming back. Around 700 miles one way and i was hardly under 75mph. Im tuned, 5in exhaust to 8in stack, egr block, airaid CAI and 35" pro comp extreme a/ts. This wasnt hand calculated tho. Just on my dash.

How much power are you guys making, roughly, with the way that your trucks are tuned? Coming from the land of 6.0-a-stand 20mpg sounds GREAT

How hard was it to complete the EGR block offs? I am getting ready to tackle the project this weekend.

Not hard just takes time. You'll need a 8mm socket and a couple extensions and a swivel joint. I recommend spraying all 4 bolts with wd40 or pb blaster . Mine came off easy. But when we installed my buddies. We stripped one of the bolt heads and had to use an extractor..
