Well I just went and got me a new 6.7 I'm now looking at what performance parts I have options to optimize my performance without voiding my warranty. I appreciate the help guys!

Really pretty much any tuner or anything done to the motor can void your warranty. My dealer doesn't mind if I bring my truck in for service with stuff done to it, but if my turbo craps of something like that they told me I need to put it back to stock just incase someone from ford shows up to look at it. Then if they want to really dig into your computer they can find a trace of a tuner if they want to

You really can't do anything without risking your warranty.

On the flip side of that, Ford has not been very good about standing behind the warranty on pure stock trucks either.

It's a crap shoot. Roll the dice and take your chances.

I want to wake this beast up and let it breath with a tuner and a delete, but voiding that warranty scares me just incase something does go wrong. But at the same time it isn't like I'd be hot rodding this thing around all over the place.

Does the tuner put a footprint of any type on your computer of your truck that can be traced? If no then I will do it without question!!

I guess it could mean either, depending on why your asking.

You have a good looking truck, but i just bought my '11 3 weeks ago. You going to replace the cab lights with some that are smoked or blacked out?
