H&S, 5" Flo-Pro w/muffler & Sinister delete's

Just finished installing all the above equipment, plus the H&S EGR plate with bung. Went with the Sinister because of the cooling hose and no plugs, seemed to get a lot of great reviews from this forum. For anyone else doing a full delete, have a spare gallon or two of radiator fluid for the final steps! I drained all I could into a 5 gal bucket and strained it when I re-used it. What I didn't plan on was losing a half gallon or so when I lifted the EGR cooler off the motor. Big mess easily hosed off.

5" Flo-Pro ordered from Alligator Performance (military discount)
Rest of it from MKM Customs.

I am going to haul a 15k# goose neck very soon from eastern NM to Fl. Hope to update soon with mileage details, performance shouldn't be an issue!

I did mine by myself last night. That 100lb DPF is quite heavy by yourself. I propped it up with my knees and was able to get it out.
Return to stock would be tough by myself.

The EGR delete was a PITA. I hate the pressure sensor bracket nut! What goomba engineer would do such a thing?
I didn't lose much antifreeze. Don't know why, but there's still a half gal in the bucket too and both reservoirs are overfull.
I strained mine with a paint strainer.

I used the aFe 5" w/ muffler and H&S's EGR delete.

Whole thing took me 5hrs, I don't know where H&S gets 1.5hrs for the EGR, bet I spent 30-45min on that damn nut alone.

Drove it tonight a bit. LIKE the new power. Sounds pretty tough too. No drone at highway speeds either.
And the lie-o-meter is saying 19mpg of mixed driving. For whatever that's worth.

I was going to make a video of stereo off and sounds at 50 60 & 75, but honestly you wouldn't hear anything! With the stereo on, no difference. Would you agree, TTruck?

No, I can hear it. It's not bad though...until you stomp on it, then you know you've lit a fire somewhere nearby.

I've got the tubing to do the door seal mod, just need to pick a night with the GF to do it. Hopefully that will help a little. Someday I'll add dynomat too (or some flavor of that - lizard skin maybe.)
