Question about a code with Spartan

I am running a Spartan tuner and was wondering what the abreveation ect1 or Ectl stands for. I was on my way to work and I let my truck idle for a few mins while I returned a couple red box movies and it got up to 145 and was blinking red and beeping at me. So I just threw it in drive and took off after a few minutes it went down. I was also wondering if anyone is having problems with there a/c not cooling once you come to a stop. Mine gets hot and blows moist hot air and it kind of has a smell to it to.

For the Ac your condenser may be clogged so just get it cleaned out as far as the code I can't help you
