new problem

I was coming home from Idaho last night pulling my horse trailer out on the flats and the intercooler hose on the drive side blew a hole in it. I was running with the h&s tuner on no power. It blew a hole in the plastic 90. Took into Mountain Home Ford, they didn't have the part but pulled it off another truck(which I thought was great), Got me fixed. Went and hooked up to the horse trailer and got onto the interstate and it did it again!! When it went the tuner showed 30 psi of boost. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any ideas?

wastegate failure? causeing boost to spike?

not sure I was watching both the factory boost gauge and the tuner gauge and neither one went over 30..
