deleted and tuned, dealer didnt care
I scheduled my 3rd service for my 6.7L the last tuesday at my Ford dealer, (the first one since i deleted exhaust, egr, and DEF), and after the service when i went to pick it, i was talking to the service manager and he said "well i bet your truck will only be in here for services now thats its breathing fresh air and more efficiently with out all the emmisions equipment" haha

That's nice to hear. It would be nice if all dealers as well as ford felt the same way.

Or was he saying that because it's customer pay from here on out? Kidding...
I know a dealer that is modification friendly too. However, if you turn your transmission into mashed potatoes it's very difficult for them to turn a blind eye. |

I just do all my own service so I don't have to worry about what they think lol

I've been told that the tuners make the injectors spray different and they can tell when they tear your motor apart. Anyone ever heard this?

Depends on how advanced the timing gets. To advanced and it'll spray out of the bowl.

All I'm wanting is a tow tune. Right now I get 8.5 mpg hauling. Need to get better then that with $4 Deisel. Just don't want to jeopardize my warranty with a new motor.

I'm about to take my truck to one of the Dealers around here, my buddy is a sales person there, I've asked him a few times what their service tech's will say and he keeps telling me to just bring it in.
