Number 4 injector, and number 4 rod and piston. Now it is a f'd over rebuilt Ford.So I traded it in this weekend for a 2012 2500 HD Denali Duramax.I had good luck with my previous Duramax and I have another one in my fleet and its been great too.

Snow MPG Max Meth kit. I don't know anything about these, but you would have to wonder if it had anything to do with the injector failing?

Looking back,I had some under lying issues before I put on the water/meth kit. I only had it on the truck for 2 days and ran it 2-3 times on the truck. It may have pushed it over the edge but everyone I talked to at Snow and at the performance shop I had put it in said no way the kit did that. They all have said hundreds of kits on all kinds of trucks with no problems is where they are coming from.

Yea I wasn't trying to lay blame. I know these truck have a small tolerance for anything going through those injectors and HPFP.

Unless they changed how they do it, the water/meth gets injected into the intake tract. Not through the injectors.
