H&S and factory gear indicator

I just uploaded the new 6.7.17 update and man I like the way the trans shifts better. Only thing I miss from it being stock is how the factory gear indicator stays on. I miss it. Other than that, can wait to delete the DPF and EGR!

Yeah every time the tuner is turned off and I believe you hit reverse you have to reset the Gear indicator.

Yeah I heard they were working on getting the gear indicator to stay on but I'm not sure when.

I hope they figure it out. This place is fading out again. We need to do something to liven it up. Heres a question, how much better will my truck run on hot DPF off compared to hot DPF on? I thought that it would be faster, but it may just be me. Maybe I'm just really missing the sound. The truck is incredibly smooth though.

The DPF off settings are higher power than the DPF on. They feel great. Trans tuning could be better. MPG has improved and will report more on that later.

I went back to the stock trans tuning because the h&s seemed real rough and jerky to me driving through town and my neighborhood when the TC locks. I like the smoothness of the stock tune for now

I'm pretty sure that when I get my mini installed with KEM's green tunes, I will be able to hang with most tuned 6.7's.

No I meant 6.7. My point being that I don't have to remove all the emissions crap to get the same performance as someone that does with KEM tunes. Not to sound negative, but I don't see these trucks tuned being able to ever keep up with a tuned 6.4. I have owned both and ran Spartan tunes, hs tunes, and KEM tunes. The 6.7 has a long ways to go, but I wouldn't trade for a 6.4. I'm just afraid that all this EPA crap is going to affect research on the 6.7.
