Torq2 mileage question

Does anybody know how the power setting on the Torq2 effects mileage? Is it like some of the tuners where your highest HP setting gives you the best mileage?

I got about 2, maybe 3 mpg at the expense of my truck falling on its face while passing and almost having a wreck a few times. Even with it only turned half way it would do this. After a VERY close call monday I jerked it out. The only way I will try it again is if I have the knob ran into the cab so I can turn it all the way down when I get on it. I've made up my mind its not for me. I should have just gotten a tuner to begin with. Then I could get in it AND have a mileage gain.

Best MPG I saw with it about half way up was 21.1 hand calculated. I do agree with Mysticblu999, very temperamental. Mine's sitting on my desk right now.

Yes it is a little tempermental but it seems fine at full power on the highway so my thinking was if you have the adjustment in the cab you could turn it down in the city and put it on the best setting for mileage on the highway. I am going on a 225 mile trip each way this weekend so I might run it at full power one way and half power the other to see if it makes any difference.

I like mine so far,I have my knob ran around the door pillar and mounted in the cab for right now so I can turn it down when I need too. My mpg improved 1.5-2 also.. Gives the truck a nice boost when set right.

So what kind of mileage are you getting with the torq2 running those Toyo MTs and the leveling kit? I want to run the toyos but I haven decided whether I want to do a leveling kit or a 4.5" inch lift.
