Did I blow a head gasket????

A few days ago my truck started flasking reduced engine power on my way to work, at the end of the day I started the truck and it wasnt doing it anymore. Then tonight when I got home there was smoke pouring from under the hood, right away I could smell coolant, it looks like it came from the passenger side head, coolant all over mid motor nothing up top. Is the head gasket blown?

just asking because this is the 6.7L section. but to answer your question. thats exactly what my old 6.4L did when the HG went. only when it heated up did it smoke.
