H+S guys need some help

One of my buds bought a new 6.7 and he has exhaust (fluid delete), air intake, and a HS tuner.

Problem is he gets the program downloaded and the box pops up with a bunch of worded lines with boxes in front of them to possibly put check marks in them (we didnt do that) he cant get this folder that comes up to zip because the file is too big, and he cant get the file to download to the USB port with the chip in it cause that says its too big also.

He called HS and they said that this was a "one off" truck that was never done before...And needed to make a custom tune for it. Its a new 6.7 with a CIA, and Emission/ fluid delete aftermarket exhaust and the tuner....and they were gonna call him back....That was yesterday.

The truck will not start withough the exhaust on it because of deleting all the stuff and needs the tuner to run now. So his truck is sitting in the shed trying to figure out WTF is going on.

I own a stone stock 6.0 so hell if I know. I heard its a great tuner though.

Any insight on the topic or how long it took you to get it in your truck?

This statement makes no sense, they have done hundreds of these truck if not more. Mine is the same and they did it almost a year ago. Call H&S they will help you.
